New Year’s Resolutions

Some people criticize them. Some say all you need are good intentions. Others claim they’re pointless.

I, on the other hand, love resolutions and wishes. Why? Because they are an opportunity. An opportunity to start new things, to pause and reflect, to look inward. And outward, too.

Whether we fulfill them or not, when we set ourselves a resolution, we enter a moment of personal awareness. A reflection on what truly matters to us. It’s about putting our actions and our values down on paper—or at least into thought. And that reflection, precisely, is what leads many people to begin. To break less positive or stagnant cycles. To pick up a pen and write new chapters.

At Yaba, we do the same. We ask ourselves which products we want to launch, what we want to contribute to our community and our customers. What makes sense and what doesn’t. What makes sense, but maybe not yet. Which categories we want to explore. Which trends in superfoods and supplementation deserve our attention.

These reflections are necessary. For everyone. Because only in this way can products and actions be launched with intention.

Many supplementation and superfood brands tend to position themselves from an excessively individual perspective. A rigid form of self-care. An almost obsessive pursuit of the perfect version of oneself. At times, that extreme pressure makes the most important thing harder: taking the first step.

Resolutions are not about pressure; they are permission to begin. At Yaba, we want you, in 2026, to take a first step in something. It can be a small step or a big one. We want you to be generous with yourself, just as we try to be every day in the work we do. We aim to be altruistic in our proposition, in our mission, and in the quality of what we create. Because we believe that working in nutrition and health goes beyond performance: it’s about helping people feel good, about creating shared rituals, about building (whenever possible) complete well-being.

According to the Royal Spanish Academy, purpose is the intention or desire to carry out an action. An objective is the goal one aims to achieve.

Let’s have purposes. Many of them. Let’s reflect on them—on what they bring to us and what they bring to our surroundings. Let’s try to fulfill them as best we can. Let’s commit to our desires and our intentions.

That is what we wish for you in 2026.
